General Policies
Service Agreement: By booking a service with CEBISPLASH, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Scope of Services: We provide professional power and soft washing and related services for residential and commercial properties. These include house washing, driveway cleaning, fence cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, trash bin cleaning, dumpster pad cleaning, awning and canopy cleaning, and graffiti removal.
Booking and Payment:
● Upfront Payment Required: All bookings require full payment to confirm your appointment.
● Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather). Customers may reschedule for free or cancel with a $50 cancellation fee.
● Cancellations With 24+ Hours Notice: Customers are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
Pricing and Services
CebiSplash offers clear and transparent flat-rate pricing across three categories: Individual Services, Package Services.
Individual Services:
● House Washing: $199 (up to 2,000 sq. ft.)
● Driveway and Walkway Cleaning: $199 (up to 2,000 sq. ft.)
● Fence Cleaning: $199 (up to 1,000 linear feet)
● Deck and Patio Cleaning: $199 (up to 2,000 sq. ft.)
● Building Exterior Cleaning: $199 (up to 2,000 sq. ft.)
● Parking Lot and Garage Cleaning: $199 (up to 2,000 sq. ft.)
● Sidewalk and Entryway Cleaning: $199 (up to 2,000 sq. ft.)
● Awning and Canopy Cleaning: $199 (up to 2,000 sq. ft.)
● Graffiti Removal: $199 (up to 1,000 sq. ft.)
● Dumpster Pad Cleaning: $149 per pad
Individual Service Inclusions:
● Each service includes specific cleaning tasks detailed in the service description provided during booking.
● Exclusions include sealing, repairs, repainting, or other non-cleaning tasks unless explicitly stated.
Applicability to Package Services:
The inclusions outlined for Individual Services also apply to corresponding services within Package Services. Packages bundle multiple services at a discounted rate, but the scope and limitations remain the same.
Package Services:
● Residential Packages: Include combinations of house washing, driveway/walkway cleaning, fence cleaning, deck/patio cleaning, and trash bin cleaning.
● Commercial Packages: Include building exterior cleaning, parking lot/garage cleaning, sidewalk/entryway cleaning, awning/canopy cleaning, graffiti removal, dumpster pad cleaning, and trash bin cleaning.
Customer Responsibilities
Preparation:
● Customers must ensure the area to be cleaned is free of obstacles, such as furniture, vehicles, or decorations.
● Pets must be secured, and fragile items in the work area must be identified and removed.
Water and Power Access:
● Customers must provide access to an outdoor water source and an electrical outlet if required for the equipment. Dumpster Pad:
● Dumpster pad areas must be cleared of obstacles before service. If not cleared, CebiSplash will remove movable items, except those too heavy or unsafe to move. Exterior cleaning will proceed, and an additional fee may apply.
Service Limitations
Damage Disclaimer:
● CebiSplash is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose paint, or fragile surfaces that may be affected during cleaning.
Exclusions:
● Services do not include sealing, repainting, or structural repairs unless explicitly stated in the service agreement. Surface Results:
● While we strive for the best results, some stains, discolorations, or damage may not be completely removed. Customers acknowledge this limitation before booking.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling:
● 48+ Hours Notice: Customers may reschedule at no extra charge.
● Within 24 Hours: Customers may reschedule for free, but cancellations are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
● Within 24 Hours: Payments are non-refundable. Customers may reschedule for free or cancel entirely with a $50 cancellation fee.
● More Than 24 Hours: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
Weather Policy:
● Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather for safety and quality reasons. Customers will be notified, and rescheduling will occur at no additional cost.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
CebiSplash is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If a customer is dissatisfied with the service or identifies an issue within the original scope of work, they may contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will promptly address and resolve the concern at no additional cost by scheduling a follow-up visit at the earliest opportunity.
Liability
Damage Liability:
● CebiSplash is not liable for damages caused by poor surface conditions, pre-existing weaknesses, or improper material installation.
Customer Inspection:
● Customers must inspect the completed work before the service team leaves. Any issues must be reported immediately.
Privacy Policy
Customer Information:
● Personal information collected during booking is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties.
Payment Security:
● All payment information is processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
CebiSplash reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, or service offerings. Updates will be posted on our website, and revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
